I haven’t posted blocks for my Lizard Ridge in FOREVER. I continue to knit a block every so often, since this is my lazy knitting project. It’s nice not having a deadline for the blanket. I did, kind of, in the back of my mind, expect to be done with the blocks by the end of this year but oh well. I’m fine with the fact that I’m not done haha.
Without further ado:
I love that all of these are pretty bright since that’s what the blanket will need. Now, my total is 16 blocks which makes my Franklin very happy. She loves sitting on top of the big pile of wool.
Those are all gorgeous! I think the one on the bottom right is my favorite.
I have 2 blankets that I’m building up piece-by-piece and it is really nice not to have a deadline. I keep them in different rooms so there’s always something I can just pick up for a bit if I don’t know what I want to work on.
Thanks! And yeah I think blocks make for really nice in-between knitting. You can feel accomplished without too much effort.
