Over Christmas, Nick and I decided to move in together. Then, we decided it should happen immediately instead of waiting for my lease to expire. So this whole month has been all moving, all the time. Every time I headed to his house, I would pack up my car and then head over. But, now, I’m officially moved in. There are still some odds and ends to finish at the apartment, but my cats and I are here full-time.
AAAH!!! I’m living with a boy!!!!!
One really awesome part of moving into his house? I get a craft room!!!! Just now I was unpacking the boxes in there and getting it all set up. And here’s where I’m going to be honest with all of you, even though it’s scary: I might have too much yarn. If that’s even possible. But I might. Since this is a safe place, I’m going to show you the pile I made before I started putting it away.
I laughed so hard when I saw the amount of yarn I had. That’s not even one layer of yarn, that is a pile. I made Nick come see my stash and he said it’s not a stash, it’s a bounty. And then he said it looked like something a dragon would defend, like a pile of gold. Haha which made me laugh even harder. I love Nick.
Seeing all this yarn made me realize I need to have another goal this year: knit at least one project a month directly from my stash.
Speaking of, I haven’t been able to make too much progress on my scarf since I’ve been so busy and stressed with the move but here’s the front and back:
It’s continuing to blow my mind. I really love double knitting!!
Ok, it’s 9:30 but I’m heading to bed. Moving is exhausting.

YAY DRAGON MARYS!!!
Yay yarn! I don’t have a bounty like you, but I discovered I have WAY more yarn that I thought when we were cleaning up the room to get the new bed! SO MUCH YARN.
Well, despite your new co-habitation, I hope that you and Nick still have lots of dates
That way you won’t have to change the name of your blog
ps. I love your scarf so much that I toddled over to KnitPicks to get me one. Guess what? Out of Stock! Perhaps they should pay you commission…
Oh no!! I hope they get it back soon! Ooh wait I just looked and they DO have it back again! http://www.knitpicks.com/cfkits/kit_display.cfm?ID=41106

Oh bounty is a great word for that glorious stash! Congrats on moving in with a wonderful guy that encourages such a stash too : )
